All our technicians are trade qualified and have completed rigorous training for all Trueheat products. We also conduct regular training programs for our extensive agent network to ensure they always have up to date knowledge of our products.

We hold extensive stock of genuine spare parts in each of our service vans and branches, so our first-time fix rate is second to none — minimising your downtime. All our spare parts come with full manufacturer warranty.
